Marilyn Manson
"Antichrist Superstar"

Finally by request, I got around to Marilyn Manson's CD. This popular album comes after his first two, "Portrait of an American Family" and "Smells like Children".
This album has popular songs on it such as "The Beautiful People" and "Tourniquet". Marilyn Manson and his band, consisting of Twiggy Ramirez, Madonna Wane Gacy, Ginger Fish and Zim Zum have made an impact on the world with their strange looks and controversial on-stage antics.
This album was denounced by some religions because of its title and Marilyn Manson was banned from going into certain countries because of rumours about him eating animals on stage (completely untrue). The music he plays is modern with some guitar and bass riffs. Marilyn Manson has a very distinct voice and I guess his band has a distinct sound.
Parents may not like the album and with words like, "The worms will live in every host" and "It's hard to pick which one they eat the most" - it doesn't surprise me, there is a lot of swearing on the album and lots of references to his satanic religion.
This may sound as though I'm bagging Marilyn Manson and his band but I'm not. I really like the "Antichrist Superstar" album, but I'll leave it up to the listeners as to how many spuds to give it.
