Mark and Natasha John report
on a night out with the kids

Ambience: It was a really relaxing, casual atmosphere, very pleasant. There was a good level of music playing, it wasn't too soft or too loud, you could still hear yourself talk. It's good for a family who has younger children.

Service: It was excellent, the staff were very friendly. Sometimes kids can be impatient, but the service was prompt.

Entree: Mark had the seafood vol au vent and Natasha had oysters with garlic, parsley and rice. We all shared and the kids loved the oysters too.

Main Course: Natasha had Seafood Lasagne and Mark had Chicken Maryland. Natasha enjoyed her seafood lasagne very much and the chicken was delicious too. The menu catered very well for children with the servings being just the right size. They had fish and chips and chicken nuggets and chips. Our salad was very nice, it was very well presented and the dressing was beautiful.

Desert: Only the kids had desert but we had a bit of theirs. They had Black Forest Gateau and ice cream with chocolate sauce. They thought it was delicious and they didn't have too wait very long for it.

Value: It was good value, a really nice atmosphere, delicious food.
